The staff has done a wonderful job maintaining a clean and friendly environment. Over the years I have seen great improvement on the property and even how the staff cares for the residents. I would recommend to anyone.

Great people, quality apartments, friendly community. Great location too, near the theme parks, downtown, and next to a Walmart to top it off.

Are you say live here and when Cagan was the management, and I can say it was the WORST experience ever! I recently came to visit an old friend who still lives here on property, and OH MY GOSH I could not even recognize the place! The property looks amazing! The office staff was super friendly, the neighborhood it was so quiet and the residence were so respectful. The pictures on this website DOES NOT do the complex any kind of justice! I would highly recommend to visit it for yourself, and to see the difference! I’m saying this from experience, knowing how it used to be. If I needed to move, I would definitely consider moving back here

I currently live on property, and I can say its been such a great year thus far! OMG the pictures on here are so old! I love the community, the families on property are so respectful, great pricing for such spacious apartments, especially in comparison to a majority local complexes. Definitely would give ten out of ten stars if I could lol.

I would definitely recommend this complex, for anyone who is looking for a spacious and affordable home. I have lived here for several years and have not had issues with this complex. Normally, like at previous locations I have resided at, there is some kind of issue I have with management, but at South Ridge, I have not had any problems. The maintenance do an amazing job, management is super helpful, and the transformation of this property is INCREDIBLE, especially being able to witness the changes.

The transformation has been amazing here! I recently moved out and have had no issues. I recieved my deposit and all is well.

I currently live at South Ridge Apartments and I love it. I have lived here for almost two years now and have had no problems. They have been doing renovations and the complex is looking very nice. The pool on property is a wonderful addition. Everyone at the office is extremely friendly. I have seen a few staff changes, but these new additions have been doing a wonderful job. You can't bet the price either!

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES WHEN YOU MOVE OUT BECAUSE SOUTHRIDGE WILL TAKE ALL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND MAKE UP EXCUSES IN ORDER TO KEEP ALL YOUR SECURITY. THEY PUT FALSE CLAIMS ON my MOVE OUT SETTLEMENT report IN ORDER TO KEEP ALL MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. BUT THINK GOD THE JUDGE SAW THROUGH THEM!! I WON MY SMALL CLAIMS CASE AGAINST THEM. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT IF YOU CLEAN UP. SOUTHRIDGE WILL KEEP ALL YOUR $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT EVEN IF YOU CLEANED UP. I feel Southridge tried to take advantage of me because I did not do a walk through so they made up false claims and put it on my report in order to have an excuse to keep all my deposit. Luckily I had 8 photos of my apartment to prove the false claims in court. Before I went to court, I filed complaints against them and went to 2 different mediations to get my deposit back. Southridge would not comply. My next step was filing a small claims case in court. I won $300 plus additional $50 against Southridge. I feel that Southridge tried to rip me off even though I cleaned up the apartment very well. Now, Southridge owes me $350 instead of the orginal $300. PROTECT YOUR SELF AGAINST PEOPLE WHO TRYS TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!! Doing a walk through with the manager and take photos so you won't be charged for something you did not do.

I had a problem with a "stranger" unlocking and opening my apartment door without any kind of notice. I just heard a couple of loud knocks at my door and a loud announcement that I did not understand. Before I could answer my door, a stranger was unlocking and opening my door. (I found out a week later the stranger was maintenance and the property manager gave the stranger a key to my apartment to do some alterations to a window) I never was informed that maintenance was coming to my apartment. The property manager later came to my door to accompany the stranger. I refused to let them both in my apartment. The manager said he was going to write my up (even though he is the one who violated my rights.) I shut the door and I called consumer services and found out the manager violated statue 83.53: landlords are require to give 12 hour written notice before entering tenants' apartments when it is not an emergency. I filed a complaint with consumer services. It is under review at the present time. Every since this new management took over the apartment, they do not ever respond back to letters that a tenant write and they do not return calls. They are all about only collecting rent money. When you want something fix management tell you maintenance will come out and do so, but they do not call nor show up sometimes. They are unreliable. You sometimes have to call them 2 or 3 times to fix something. Rent keeps going up each time your lease is up since the new management and owner took over the apartment complex. This used to be a pleasant place to live when the previous owners had this place. I am about to move out in a couple of months and it feels good.
