We called all over the valley and finally found the part we needed with BEST price at South Bountiful Auto. Thank you for the great service!

My first experience with them was good, they had the parts I needed, they pulled them promptly, I picked them up - it was easy. Then, two days later I called and reserved an additional part to be picked up (same vehicle). I was told when it'd be ready. I showed up at that time and got nothing but dumb looks. Then was told it'd be ready by the day's end, so I showed up the next morning and was told that they said they'd call me which wasn't the case. It was frustrating and what made it more so was no non-caring nonchalant attitude.If customer service is 50/50 like I experienced, I'd rather take my chances elsewhere. That being said, I never did receive a call about the part being ready. I guess they don't like when they get attitude in return?

Sure wish you were open on Saturdays at least a half day so the 5 day a week consumer could get there to buy parts.
