Worst costumer service -
We bought a new unit this year and it only took them 3 months to get all the kinks out of it they had to come out to my house several times to fix the issue the never offered me a discount are money back are anything for me wasting my time waiting on them to figure out what the issue was with it being a new unit and all we did not think there would be so many problems this is the worst place to get a new unit and they still never sent out my warranty information all I asked for from them was a small gift card to comp me for my time and they could not even do that I will never use them again once my warranty is up and if I need something done that is not covered I will be calling someone els.
Fast and Friendly by
My dog had chewed through the wires on my air conditioner and that is never a good thing. They came out around my schedule and helped me out. I appreciate that fact that they had coupons in the Dex phone book to give me the most affordable price possible. I would use them again.

The two guys who came out and installed my new a/c did an excellent job. They explained everything in a way I could understand and were very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be going to SOS for all my future service calls.

Great service. I called to schedule someone to look at my A/C and they did everything they could to work with my schedule. They called ahead so I would know when the guy was on his way. The service man was very nice and fixed my airconditioner in an hour!
