Someone who actually listened to me! by ars - 08/21/2009
I had been seeing the same hair stylist for the last 8 years and I decided to try someone new. I came in with a few pictures of what I wanted and showed them to Heather. I was so nervous but she was so perfessional she put me at ease. My hair looked great! The only thing I think could have made my experience better was if there wasn't a screaming toddler running around the shop. Anyways, I will be back there for round 2. Great job!

I USED to go to this salon for one reason and one reason ONLY, because I loved my stylist. When she left I didn't know what I was going to do, so I decided to give another stylist here a chance. THAT WAS A MISTAKE. First off I asked the front desk guy (who is so incredibly horrible at his job) if he knew where my stylist had gone. I should have known he would lie and say no, I am sure that this place can not afford to loose clients, if you know what I mean. So anyways I get my hair done by this other gal and she was just so un-personable and didn't even do that great of a job. I thought Aveda salons were supposed to be "hi-class" HAHAHAHAHA what a joke!

not too good by all about hair - 04/23/2009
Went there back in February and wanted an experienced stylist since mine was on vacation (so they say). Well, they ended up "trying" to call me to say the girl was out sick and rescheduled me for a later appt with someone else. I showed up and apparently they had the wrong number. I ended up waiting for 45min. My stylist didn't even show me the back of my head (I realized this after I got home) or give me the scalp massage with the oil (is that standard?). I won't go there again. It is nicely decorated and looks like a high end salon, but the staff dosen't really reflect it. My regular stylist does not work there anymore either. Luckily I found her at a different salon : )

Fabulous, relaxing experience! by mh - 02/08/2008
I had a slight "kink" in my upper back a few weeks ago, so I thought I would go for a massage. I decided to try this new place - Sorelle Spa Salon - to see how their masseur was. Wow! He was great! Not only did he get the kink out, but every muscle in my body was so totally relaxed when the massage was over, I could have easily fallen asleep! I'll definitely be back for more of that! Great job!

I have had many services done there and they were all awesome! They have very friendly and professional staff along with a relaxing environment. I hope all of you who reads this goes to this wonderful salon!!! I only go there for salon services now and couldn't be more pleased. Not only that, they have a children's area where they work on crafts and play with toys while I get to relax kid free! For all of you who have written a poor review need to go back and get a massage because your a little uptight!!!!! Must be CRAZY.

I have had many services done there and was pleased with all. They have very friendly and professional staff along with a relaxing environment! Anyone who has not gone there is surely missing out on a wonderful experience. This will be the only spa I journey to from now on and I hope anyone reading this does the same!!!!!!
For all of you who have rated them poorly seriously needs to go back and get a massage because it seems your a little uptight.

I received a warm greeting but quickly assumed that I would not get my needs met by such young staff. I was wrong. It is funny how our perceptions of youth and inexperience can color our perspective and more importantly our attitude. Out of desperation (and no other immediate alternatives at the time), I gave the salon a chance and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and knowledgeable staff who delivered cutting edge hair services. I brought in a magazine and left with the hair style on the cover! I highly recommend that you book an appointment today with Sorelle Spa Salon and see what young talent can do for you!

I have naturally blond hair and you would think that touching it up would be simple? Not. I have been disappointed on several occassions but not this time. I walked into Sorelle out of desparation for a quick fix and received the best cut and color ever. The stylist listened to and delivered what I asked for. I promptly requested that the stylist make note of whatever she did because I want it again and again. Thank you Sorelle for coloring me blond (I feel like a little girl again)!

I totally loved this place! I found it accidentally and from the moment I stepped foot inside I fell in love with the product and the friendly people. I was immediatley offered water and attended to. I felt like the staff were there for me to make me look and feel my best. I got a hair appointment that day and loved the edgy lines. My friends and family were equally impressed with the results. I can't wait to get my next hair style.

I received a brow wax on one visit and a facial on antoher visit and both experiences were professional and enjoyable. During one visit, I was asked to complete a questionnaire that allowed a full skin and health analysis including an assessment of my stress level! However, what really impressed me was that staff suggested products to treat my skin but did not push them on me. In fact, staff suggested I go ahead and finish up my current product then return to purchase Aveda products. I really appreicated the honesty and sound advise. I returned in a week! And, on my second trip I got caught short on daycare and was able to use the on site child care facility. Yes, that's right I didn't have to worry about my child! Overall, the salon services rendered exceeded my expectations and I will definatley be back to enjoy the Aveda experience that offered a warm, calming, relaxing and delightfully smelling atmosphere!!!

I had such a great experience at Sorelle. They were so nice and professional. The man at the front desk was very inviting and made me feel welcome. He was very knowledgable with the product line when I had questions. My stylist was fabulous! I have been going to Aveda salons for 15 years and I have never had a better color! I also received a facial which was outstanding. The best part was that they had child care available. I was able to enjoy all this and still bring my kids. They had so much fun in the playcenter (which was seperate from the spa) that they didn't want to leave. I have recommended Sorelle to everyone!!!!

I went to get my haircut and asked for a very experienced stylist. I was told by the guy up front that I would get the most experienced stylist they had. I got my haircut, but was not real happy with the way she cut my bangs. I decided I could live with it. When I went home I realized I wanted them to be a little different and went back within a few days. I was charged for the stylist to correct the problem even though I still wasn't happy and she just cut them shorter. My overall experience was disappointing, I didn't think I should have to pay again for them to cut my bangs!

Not Impressed by whitney - 01/22/2008
Going to a place of service, I expected people working there to be cheerful and eager for my business. I had been to Aveda salons before and had big expectations for this one. However, I was very disappointed with the service. But I did like the tea.

Stylists Do Not Listen to Clients by Network Maven - 01/06/2008
Receptionist said stylists would look at pictures and follow what client said, but my husband's stylist didn't at all. In fact, my husband asked half way through the cut if she was looking at the photo, to which she replied that "it is just a regular haircut." My stylist asked if I usually had the hair framing my face longer and angled to my chin. I told her NO and then she cut it that way. They don't listen. My cut was bad, my husband's cut was horrible!!! We will not go back. Too bad - nice salon in decor and a lot of money put into this investment - they need to hire stylists who are better trained!
