Never thought I would care about my insurance agent, but over the years I have gone through a few of them. I've always been disappointed because from year-to-year the rates go up and I don't feel like they appreciate my business. I've been with Richard Soo Hoo Insurance Agency for a few years and I was impressed because I just received an annual review in the mail and they went over my whole policy and recommended that I switch companies and change some of my coverage. I've never had an agent do this before and I must say it is pretty cool!
