THIS FACILITY DOES GOOD WORK BUT THE LADY WORKING IN IT WAS VERY RUDE WHEN MY DAUGHTER WENT TO PICK UP OUR DOG. WON'T GO BACK THERE DESPITE THE GOOD JOB THEY DID. CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS TO BE A FORGOTTEN ART.

I would never step foot in this establishment. The owner has some a misconceived perception of reality. I cancelled an appt in Mid December, 24 hours in advance, and when I just called to see if I could get my dog in to have her tail groomed .. As she just had major surgery.The lady went off on me for cancelling my appt and told me she didn't care if my dog had anything going or was sick, and argued about me cancelling my appt. Um hello... Since when do business owners treat paying customers this way????

Great grooming by a lovely dog lover lady. When she says gentle - she means it! Good with temperamental and difficult dogs!
