I went to Smith's among my items I had purchased was a Christmas wreath that was on clearance. Having several items I did not notice how much I was charged for the wreath. But as I was leaving the clerk came to me and told me she thought I was charged the regular price. After checking my receipt, she realized that she charged the wrong price, fixed the charge and my money returned $18.00 plus. Thank you Smith's for having employees with integrity..

employees seem to love their jobs. i love the service. will definitely come back as a regular customer.
Will not bill food items as food. Very snotty cashiers

Went through line with a cart full of vegetables, fruit, meat, bread, and one energy drink. Cashier was very snotty and told me that I wasn't allowed to have an energy drink with EBT card. I kindly explained that it was a food item and permitted. Was informed to pay with own money or get out. Manager said that they bill it as a vitamin supplement and that's why it will not ring up. Overpriced to begin with and disorganized. Floors are always dirty and produce looks like it's been sitting there for weeks. I'll go to Walmart or Harmons or Lee's before I will ever return to Smiths. At least their employee's will acknowledge you before you fork over funds.
