Short and to the point - Susan knows her trade, stands by her work, employees all covered by work comp insurance I just had another of my rental property roofs replaced and this makes about the 9th roof Susan has completed and I am and always have been very satisfied.

She never returns any calls. She sent her worker to do a skylight @ 8:00 @ night while it was raining. I wanted to purchase the skylight to have someone else put it in, and she finally calls back 4 days later and guess what she already sent it back. How does she stay in business? So unprofessional. I would not recommend using her.

Susan McCarthy a roofing contractor from Clermont Fl replaced our very steep very large roof and she did everything she said she would do. An excellent job she is very professional and is now our good friend!

I am a snowbird owning a home in Montverde Florida and I needed a complete roof replacement. My neighbor referred me to Susan McCarthy, she replaced my roof and installed shingles with 130 mph wind resistance. She replaced all of my rotten wood and completely cleaned up my yard I am now the proud owner of a beautiful roof. Susan is highly respected for a job well done!

I bought a home recently that needed a new roof, all of the Clermont locals referred me to Smith Roofing Inc - Susan McCarthy contractor - I called her she promptly came out gave me a quote and really explained every detail to me so that I would understand the roof replacement process and hurricane mitigation. I have used Susan McCarthy's Smith Roofing Inc for all of my roof replacements since 1997 commercial and residential and have always had excellent and prompt service. This company stands behind their word and of course their workmanship I refer them to everyone I know. Steve Marks

They came when I called. They took digital pics of the roof so I could see what was going on. Even though I was told that there was a leak by an inspector, they showed me where I DIDNT have a leak. They guarantee their work for 2 years and it was an overall pleasant experience.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Smith Roofing on behalf of my neighbor who is away for a month. Two appointments were made, only to have no one show up to repair the leaks in the roof Smith repaired. I have made several additional phone calls and left messages, but no one shows the courtesy of a return phone call. Yesterday, we received about 1 & 1/4 inches of rain here in Royal Highlands and more of the ceiling in my neighbor's garage has come down do to the leaks. In summary, not only was the repair job that Smith Roofing did faulty, but the company does not stand behind its guarantees and make necessary repairs
