Our Founder and President Marguerite (Maggie) Smith is a Member Of the Washington State, District of Columbia, Minnesota Bars and the Bar of England and Wales. She is a Vice Chair of the ABA International Section Family Law Committee and Chair of the King County Washington International Law Section. She is a very active member of the Collaborative Law Section and heads up the attorney legal education and training task force. Maggie has several published articles on Washington and International family law in the Washington Bar Bulletin, international custody mediation in the ABA International Family Law Committee Newsletter and has spoken at several venues including Washington divorce law for Divorce Lifeline and a recent ABA presentation in Brussels, Belgium on international divorce, pre-nuptials, settlement agreements and asset protection.
