The service seems to have been effective and as planned. But communication with our older child was poor, he didn't seem to like questions or concerns, just wanted us to say "okay, whatever you say." Other than the initial visit, which was quite positive, we never felt really comfortable or valued; I guess the emphasis is the sales pitch up front to get you on board? And though we made a fairly large lump sum payment at the first, and made regular payments, when we missed a payment, and without other warning, he threatened to report us to a credit bureau if we didn't pay the remaining balance IN FULL immediately. Mind you, this is months before the service would even be complete. What service industry even thinks of demanding payment in full before the service is complete? Laughable.
