Smart Gate Systems is unprofessional and will leave your business hanging. (Red Flag) Tech arrived onsite and thought he would share his opinions of his boss to us the customer (uncomfortable). (Red Flag)Tech left our site and failed to communicate why he was leaving. Spoke with Bob Owner of company, he did not try to make things right and instead said I don't need your Business. Customer Service makes you successful. Research your options before using Smart Gate Systems.
Called American Overhead Door @ 719-538-9900 They where available and worked with us without the stress.
