Great bed, great service

I shopped all over for a mattress and ran into many aggressive salesman that didnt care about my sleep and wanted to try and sell me anything they could. I went to sleep city and my salesman was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He told me the mattress would take 1-2 weeks to be delivered since it had to be ordered. They told me the product comes off the trucks on thursday and I could get it the following day. When the times comes to replace my mattress again, you can bet that I will be back.

Is this a scam or what? Dustin said they would deliver on Thursday --- LIE -- Waited all day for a call --- none -- called (Dustin was busy) and asked to have him call. NO CALL. Called him again, he was still busy. Went to the store and asked him why he did not complete his part of the agreement. He told me he never said WHEN he was going to deliver. ---- LIE ----- He said that if I wanted to cancell it was going to cost me 25%. He later called me and dropped the delivery charge. Said he was going to send a reciept for the refund--- LIE---- Never did. The next day when the driver showed up at 5:20 pm,he told me that they do not deliver on Thursday. I asked when they load the truck from their storage area and they said Friday. SCAM --- wanted to charge me to cancel and get the 25% restocking charge when the purchase was never even loaded from the warehouse in the Kennewick area. GET EVERY THING IN WRITING, I mean EVERYTHING. Better yet, find another business to deal with. What a so

Worst experience my husband and I've ever had. Darin, the area manager was absolutely rude and very unprofessional. Lied all the way through the sale of our purchase. We will never shop there again. Promised delivery in a timely manner but that never happened. Refused to return our phone calls. Shop at Mattress outlet or N.W. Bedding if you don't want the run around.

According to the description, Sleep City is "staffed by highly trained sleep consultants?" HARDLY. The North Division store has 2 employees that my boyfriend and I dealt with on several occassions. This was the worst customer service that I have received in any purchase. The staff was not professional, friendly, or very knowledgeable. I would not buy from this company ever again and I would advise others not to waste their time or their money! We spent a lot of time there because the staff didn't know what they were doing. We even dealt with their area manager that was rude, cold, and unprofessional. We are very displeased and disappointed. We're considering returning our bed and buying from a different company as we are still within our 45 day return period!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Go to Northwest Bedding, they were much more professional and friendly.

The most unprofessional place I have ever purchased something from, the area manager Jeff was terrible to work with, never returned my phone calls and smacked his gum like a teenage hoodlum. It wasn't appreciated when the salesman were competing with each other to make the sale once we looked for a while, but it took 25 minutes before we were greeted. I will never purchase something from them again, and I advise the same for others.
