Not the foot doctor if you have a workers compensation case and need a QME evaluation! I have had two QME appointments with slamowitz and each time he resembles a excessive macho man on some type of drug. He walks in, sits down and speaks to you about as gruffly and "wired" as you ever thought possible. He asks you questions but does not like when you elaborate, even if crucial or tide turning, basically if youre answer is not yes or no as if your a child in detention then you better keep it to 3-4 words, or it looks as if he'll explode or bite your head off. Might sound nuts but really its not far off, his behavior is extremely iratic and irrational. As far as his skills evaluating, he is inconsistant. My condition hasn't changed and the first evaluation, even though I didn't like his drug addict like demeanor he did evaluate in my favor, however the second time I saw him (remember my condition hasn't changed) he tells me I'm lying my way through the system as a fraud and my workers compensation claim and case in courst is false. It'll make it terribly hard to convince the judge the second go round that I even have a condition at all never mind my benefits, job or money. Trust me Do NOT go here, just take your luck with another one, thats all you can really do.
