Bad choice for us; order unfulfilled. Technicians could not get a signal on the roof, then lied about their ladder pressing against a gutter. When my spouse asked if the ladder was resting against the gutter, the two men said no which was a lie. They both became aggressive with obscene comments in a foreign language and insulted my spouse who promptly demanded that they leave the property. A supervisor later arrived at the scene because he was called since the contract price was different than what the installers had. He was likewise adversarial. License numbers of vehicles were obtained in the case the disagreeable installers decided to return for any reason. (Always a good with installers of any kind in a semi-rural area.) Also, unprofessional service from commissioned sales staff on their toll free number in Loveland CO.
Try getting someone other than a troglodite

This is without a doubt, the worst service I have ever had. They will not give a phone number other than the 888 number. Also, when I asked for a call back, I got none. When I asked for a manager, I was given an email (the 2012 version of a call back). Don't sign up with them.

We've been with Skybeam (Wispertel) for 8 or 9 years (can't remember, it's been so long ago), and we've been extremely happy with the service and the value for the price. I've had an online business for 12+ years, high speed is imperative. Although we've had only a few problems, they're immediately responsive. It's wonderful to get a local voice on the phone (and not someone in a call center in India). No matter how much Comcast or Qwest tries to tempt us, we won't switch.

Great products at a fantastic price! I love it! I have used them for over a year & never had any service prolems that were not addressed immediately.
