When a business is still in operation after 35 years, bad customer service is not an option. Sounds like a bad customer to me. The store policy is to not put up with any insults or rudeness from customers. Sound familiar?

The owner of this business is belligerent. I ahave never been treated so poorly by a business owner. Take your business somewhere else!
