Currently featured are such signature dishes as Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Cake with Lobster Lemongrass sauce and Tomato Jam; "Wild" Arugula & Local Pear Salad with Dijon white balsamic, candied walnuts and Rogue Creamery "Oregonzola"; Harris Ranch Filet Mignon, "Oregonzola" crusted, forager mushroom ragoût, asparagus, potato crisp and natural jus; Orange Scented Lamb Loin Sous Vide with peas and carrots 3 ways, spearmint scented lamb natural goat cheese fondue with vanilla and chili; Paupiettes of Dover Sole, with creekside fiddle ferns, fresh casacde morels, maine lobster emulsion, tarragon oil and cracked coriander; and Pan Roasted Halibut with herb crushed heirloom potatoes, spring onions, endive penn cove mussel emulsion with saffron, and chardonnay.

LUNCH at Six Seven:
Six Seven recently unveiled a new lunch menu aimed at those looking for that perfect downtown lunch experience. The menu, featuring mix and match soups, salads and artisan sandwiches – many crafted using secret family recipes – is designed to fit varying lunch schedules. Dishes inspired by cherished family recipes include Home-style Chicken Noodle Soup loaded with dumpling noodles, the Tuna Melt sandwich and Mom’s Chicken Salad. These classic favorites are mixed with new interpretations of familiar dishes, like the Brie L.T., are-imagining of the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich featuring thick slices of brie with crispy bacon, tomatoes and crunchy bibb lettuce with a rosemary-fig aioli on wheat berry bread. Guests can also create their own combinations of soup, salad and sandwich with the menu’s Deli Bento Boxes.
Whether guests prefer leisurely lunch with friends or a quick business lunch prior to a meeting, Six Seven now has the menu to match.
