Rude Receptionists

by JoJo , 07/08/2015

I agree that the receptionists are rather rude especially Carla. Every phone call she answers is immediately put on hold and left there for a long time. The new receptionist isn't much better. I do like the vets although Doctor Marge does keep people waiting a long time. The receptionists at their sister clinic in Indian Hills aren't much better and that clinic is so busy it takes forever to get an appointment.

Each Staff Member Makes A Difference

by Loves Dogs , 01/17/2015

The entire staff is excellent, with the exception of one front desk person. I am especially thankful to have Dr. T. Loberg on staff, who is one of the few progressive and benevolent professional vets in this area. The vet. assistants are generally very helpful, but one outshines all others with her amazing connection to animals without words.

our babies

by LeAnn C , 10/31/2014

We have taken all our pets there for years. The staff are extremely friendly and kudos to Dr. Tammy for taking care of Precious and the health problems she has had. We had to leave Precious there for a few days; she was suffering from kidney failure. We got to take her home to be with us for her last hours. We will miss her terribly as she was part of our family. Dr. Tammy is an awesome vet and a very kind and giving person. We will always take our pets there as long as they will let us. Keep doing the great job that you do!

Excellent

The ladys that work at the front desk are nice. and the vet we see is nice and she cares about your anaimals and the vet helper she is nice to. it is very clean and smells good in their. I would leve my dog their if i needed to.

Very rude people

by Getting a new pet Doc , 02/17/2014

The desk clerk Carla, is extremely rude and highly inconsiderate. They only worry about money here, if you have problems with financials, they won't help. That leads me to believe that they don't care about animals, just the money. Every time I take an animal here, they insist on putting it down, I recently took another pet here, and their attitudes just suck. I do pay my bills, it just takes a few weeks, they refused to see my pet again until they get paid! Really? How's that in the best interest of the pet? I will NOT be back.

dog care

our dog was seen there for many years and had to be put down. the care and sympathy from dr. tammy and staff was exceptional!

Taking our dogs elsewhere

by Dog Lover , 10/13/2012

Have been taking our three dogs there for years. Started out being ok, but when the time came to put down one of our very sick dogs, we had to wait 1.5 hours before we got him in finally. (We had an appointment.) Seems like they can fit the dog right in when it is time for shots and exams and non emergency things, but when the animal is hurting, that's another story; can't get in for three days. Was paying for some medication at the front desk and someone came in, I was trying to ask a question about how to give the medication and receptionist seemed more interested in getting back to the other customer who came in after me. Was put on hold when I called in for my sick dog, finally hung up, got thru finally later, described the dog's symptoms only to be told I should have called earlier to get him in that same day. Will be taking our dogs elsewhere.

Lizard Lovers

They are the only place I could find in the area that would see my lizard, were very nice

Never a problem

by wire fox terrier lover , 08/10/2010

Never had a problem with anyone there; staff and vets are always willing to explain and assist in any way. Have been taking my dogs there for 3 years and have referred to all my friends.

Rude

by zababesaco , 06/05/2010

The people are rude and inconsiderate about the animals there. They're much more interested in your money then your babies. So if you love your pet... I wouldn't take them there.
