Paid over $3000 and honestly worst customer service(upcharge central) and even worse repair work.

Shoddy work, couldnt even properly secure bench seat to golf cart came undone after one day of getting back from the shop.

I called Susan out of the blue one day asking if she could pick up a cart for me and get it running. She stood beside this process all the way through and was amazing to deal with! I really didn't know people like this still existed! I can be difficult to deal with when it comes to spending money but she was very patient and helped me the best she could... I would recommend this place hands down to use over any other cart place I have come across. I am a scratch golfer so have spent a lot of time on courses and with golf cart companies in the past...Really Great,Eric Steinback

We recently purchased some parts for an older EZ-GO Workhorse golf cart that we use in 29 Palms CA.from Silver State. The store owner used his time to make sure we had the proper parts, and only the parts we needed to repair our cart. This saved us over a hundred dollars in parts that I thought we needed. also their Prices were competitive with any internet company. I will haul my cart several hundred miles to get Silver State to service it, also they appear to have a large inventory of new Carts. Thanks for the excellent service, and attitude. James C. If you have ever wanted to be treated like a movie star…the best place to go is Silver State Golf carts. I have never had so much attention and care when making a purchase, not even when I purchased my 2011 Lexis. The Silver State folks really listened to my needs and gave me more than what I asked for. I ended up getting a Freedom TXT and they even painted it pink for me… my favorite color. They paid attention to every detail I requested even all the accessories. And I got a big discount on the accessories to boot. You can’t beat that. I tell all my friends about them now I am telling the world… Silver State Golf carts is the place to go if you need a golf cart in Las Vegas or anywhere there abouts. We live in Henderson and they deliver.

I manage a 250 apartment complex in Las Vegas. When we needed to service 3 of our carts we called Silver State Golf Carts. They were fantastic. Not only did they give us the best service on the carts, but we ended up paying a lot less than we had expected. My boss just gave me the OK to buy an additional cart. We are buying it from Silver State Golf Carts for sure.
