I went to see 1917. I used my 2020 refillable popcorn bucket and saved some money on snacks. Love the reclining seats with tables! The sound has always been too loud for my taste. I enjoyed the experience.

Have been going for years ..yes there were some less than postive experiences BUT. The new modifications and upgrades have turned it ALL around....Comfort ...safety. .family friendly. ..staying close to home keeping money in local businesses. ...I personally being a responsible adult like the wine/beer option for date nite coming ...GOOD JOB!! You have kept my business and brags ..

My mother and my daughter went to see a movie today and received the worst service ever! After purchasing their tickets and getting ready to enter the movie an employee asked to look in my mother's change purse which is large enough to hold a little change and a debit card. We have never had to have our wallets searched. They were horribly rude to my mother and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. Not wanting them to go through her change purse, she asked for a refund. They refused to give her a refund and refused to let her in the theater. So, my elderly mother and 8 year old daughter had to leave the theater without seeing a movie and without a refund. When asked where this policy is posted in the business, they said that it is not posted anywhere. I am horribly disappointed to write this review because I live in Cabot and I always want to support our local business, but I will never refer anyone to this business again.

I have had a great experience at the Silver Screen. I had questions quickly answered, and even very respectfully handled. I like that it is close to home and that we do not have to fight the interstate traffic to go out to see a movie. I will be going to see a movie there again soon.

Worst customer service

We went to go see a movie they had no had no problem taking our money for tickets and concessions. However, once we got to the person to take our tickets she informed us our movie was not playing for the day. They said we could see any other movie we wanted, but there wasn't another movie we wished to see.The manager didn't want to refund us for our tickets or concessions just let us in to another movie. She finally gave us our money back for the tickets but refused the15 for concessions even though we hasn't even put our straw In our drink or touch the popcorn. I will never be back to this movie theater. That is no way to keep customers returning to a business.

Average. It saves people in Cabot the trip to Little Rock to see a movie thus it's often packed with Cabot's teen & tween population. Customer service is average to poor (they don't know how to smoothly address issues like people being excessively loud during the movie). They only accept cash no debit or credit cards and for me that's inconvenient.

Worst theatre

Has to be the worst theatre my husband and I have ever been to! Be for-Warned if you want to use your debit card to purchase anything you will not be able to, you will need to use their ATM machine to get cash where they charge you $2.50 for that transaction, also if you and your spouse are sharing a drink and a popcorn you will be charged an extra $2.75 just bc you share a drink, no other theatre does this. Poor management, poor customer service and lack of caring about the consumer, only caring about the $. This is our 3rd time to visit and will be our last time. I'm do not recommend this place, I say make the drive to the new one at the McCain mall or go to Lakewood! Worst place ever! I plan to dump my drink out about 4 times and get at least 7 refills just because I want my $2.75 worth of drink!

This movie theater is the worst movie theater I have ever been to. I bought tickets to see the movie "The Devil Inside" 30 minutes before it started. Upon walking into the theater I noticed that the seats were full. There was not a single seat open. I asked the manager if I could swap my ticket out for the later showing. She said they did not refund or exchange tickets and if I wanted to see the later movie, I would have to purchase another ticket. I mentioned to her that it was not my fault the theater was full and that I had arrived in plenty of time to get a seat. She replied by saying they do not sell more tickets than there are seats for. I then proceeded to explain to her that sometimes kids purchase tickets to a PG movie and sneak into rated R movies that their parents won't let them see. She then told me I was welcome to call customer service and then walked away. This theater is over priced and isn't even that nice of a theater. The management is very rude and obviously uneducated and they know no meaning of "the customer is always right." I will drive to Little Rock from now on where businesses know that customer satisfaction is the most important.

Decent theatre. Wish they had...

Decent theatre. Wish they had a line just to buy tickets instead of having to wait in lines for concession and tickets. Sometimes you just want to see a show and skip the popcorn.
