Began in 1957 Sign of the Beefcarver is an Early American themed cafeteria restaurant with waitress service. Begin your dining experience by going through the line and choosing your meal - Starting with Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, fresh green salads, fresh in season fruit to jello on our salad bar. The hot food section features hand-carved roast beef and a selection of entrees, potatoes, steamed vegetables, and home-made soups. Fresh baked rolls, muffins, and garlic toast are next. Then the dessert section with our own in - house rice custard, cream pies, over 6 fresh baked fruit pies, chocolate cake, carrot cake and cheesecake. Small portions are available for children or those with small appetites. At the end while you pay our friendly cashier one of our waitstaff will carry your tray to a quiet corner, the TV room, or perhaps in front of our cozy fireplace. Sign of the Beefcarver is committed to serving only the finest foods, made with the freshest ingredients. Our dishes are made fresh daily.
