'I have taken my pups to Sherry's for over fifteen years for grooming and have also used the boarding and completely trust them! Ive always been happy with my grooming and my dogs love going! Everyone has different experinces but to me it says alot that my dog likes going to the groomer. I highly reccomend it!

My Bichon's Buttons 13 months, Tuffy is 10 years. We are snow birds. 2 days after I picked them up I noticed that Buttons was shaking her head and could not find a comftrable position. We went to our Vet. Buttons ears had ulcers, and brown pus was coming out. they could not get the scope down the ear canal. Tuffy had just a couple of burns, it was not just from getting the hair removed but what ever astringent they put in the ear had burned and caused ulcers in Buttons ears, obviously having an allergic reaction. The Vet asked that we call the groomer, Michelle,and find out what they used. My husband called and talked to Michelle, she said they use a powder first, the hemostat is put in Barbicide, and then astringent, they get from the supplier, but she had no idea what the name was. He asked to talk to the owner, she got very defensive, said her employee was not paying our vet bills and hung up on him. He never got the answer. Now we have to pray that no one else uses it.

I took my dog there on a recommendation from a neighbor. I visited the shop and it looked good so I made an appointment. I didn't really notice his haircut when I picked him up but the next day it really started to show, the cut was really choppy, they had taken too much off and his face was not cut in a traditional cut for his breed. When I called and spoke with the owner there was no apology only a comment that she didn't think there was anyway to make me happy. WTF! I will never go back and will let the neighbor that recommended them of my experience.

Sherry's is wonderful place to take your pets, whether you want them groomed, need daycare or boarding! The entire staff is very loving and caring. They offer a cage free environment that my babies enjoy to the fullest! I have taken all my dogs to Sherry's for over 15 years and I feel they are the BEST!!!!
