Through my own creative process, education, and practical experience, I have developed an ability to hold a space that allows me to aid others, and guiding them to a place where they too can enjoy a full and healthy life. I offer a safe place of non-judgment where you are free to explore your feelings and relationships.  Coming to therapy is a positive action in that you are taking time to allow yourself to grow.  Many new skills can be gained from participation in therapy such as improved communication with loved ones, a greater sense of well-being and new tools for coping with stress.  I can teach you skills that you can take with you and continue to use on your own.I believe that we are all deserving of compassion and understanding.My focus is on people’s strengths and I believe everyone has them.  I believe your active participation in therapy will yield the most results.  At times it will be hard work and your questions or concerns are welcome.  I am here to assist you in reaching your therapeutic goals, so that you may experience improved emotional and behavioral functioning and lead a more fulfilling life.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist MFC# 50828. I graduated Antioch University, Ca, in 2005 with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I spent, several years working with clients in non-profit agencies, schools, multidisciplinary centers. I have worked extensively with children & Adolescences diagnosed with Autism and range of behavior disorders. In my 6 years of experience I have had the pleasure of working adults, and families, and have helped many recognize the gifts they possess and the potential that their life holds.
