I needed a new lock into a very old door. Shelby came to asses the situation quickly and returned within an hour to fix the door. I'm very happy and the price was well below what I was willing to pay. Great experience.

Most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Stole/misplaced an antique lock and then insisted he returned it. Don't waste your time.
