This place was absolutely horrible i use to come here and I WILL NEVER COME BACK first of all when i arrived for my appointment my stylist was not even there at work i had to wait about 20 mins until she FINALLY arrived dont make an appt with someone and not even be at work!! that is completely RUDE!! second of all when the stylist was processing my hair with the toner for my highlights she kept going back and forth talking on her cell phone in the back and said she was leaving it on for 5 mins to get the color i wanted well she left it on longer and color was not even right, and the highlights i asked for did not even come out the right way, then thirdly she kept talking about her pill addiction. And she was even talking about a client who didnt like their hair and she said she just thought to herself lady i dont care if you dont like your hair all i want is your money!!!! really?? now who says that kind of stuff.. Im sorry i really raved about this place before but now i wouldnt even send my dog there!!! HORRIBLE place oh and my haircut was not even on one side i have to constantly tie it back because it dont fall even !!! NO ONE GO THERE!! WORST experience of your lives.. im not one to be rude or put down a business but this was the worst experience ever!! i will never be returning here again!!!

First I had an appointment book for a wedding for an updo and manicure and pedicure. Also a massage. I spoke to Patsy when I called and she told me SHE would be doing my nails. Jessica for the massage and another girl for my hair. I arrived and I am not in the system!! Patsy denied me calling and was so rude to me. She did agree to work things out. Jessica told me she graduated from the top of her class at Everest. I find it hard to believe! Worse massage ever!! Patsy was very rude during the manicure and pedicure. I felt I was not welcomed! However the girl that did my hair was great!

Courtney is very creative and is excellent in the art of unique cuts and is great in coloring too.



However, I got a massage there and it was the worst massage ever. The girl had no clue what she was doing. I will never get a massage there again.





But, I will keep going there for Courtney to cut my hair and color too!
