At Shawnie Boy's we pay homage to the old time traditional street vendors of the world by offering our patrons a passport to the flavors they would have liked to serve you themselves.

As a chef on a shoe strong budget, I have been traveled around much of the globe and dined on street food. My experiences have been a great way of taking in the local flavors and personalities of a given culture.

In fact, it is becoming quite fashionable for Chefs (like myself) to translate and recreate the memories of their favorite street foods in a manner that is fast, tasty and affordable right before your very eyes!
