I recently purchased s vehicle from SHANONS AUTO in Bermerton March 19th to be exact and it was a 07 Chevy Impala. Low miles 50,000 seemed to be in great condition. Drove the car around everything was good I worked with HARVEY and he seemed like a honest gentlemen. However soon I’d ould find things changed extremely ! I purchased the vehicle immdelty the car had the check engine light on the following 24hrs the car Stopped on the free way driving with my two year old daughter in the car immedslty called HARVEY. And he directed me to MIKE REILY. The mechanic they claimed they would take care of everything it was a cylinder 6 misfire and they would do the work for free. The held the vehicle to be “fixed “ for 3 weeks !! Always making excuses I was nothing but nice and kind. Mean while finding transportation for my child and I for three weeks straight no rental no help ! Mind you I live 40 miles away from the dealership in another city driving to and from over four times ! I retrieved the vehicle three weeks later drove the vehicle three days check engine light returns car shuts down ! I bring the car to the dealership SECOND time they don’t compensate me in any way they are acting as if it’s and inconvenience for them to deal with me. They claim they fixed the car again I take the vehicle home 40 miles away and the check engine light car shuts down while driving this is the third incident and they car completely uncomplaint willing to fix the sisuation I’m stuck with a lemon and a loan for them banks reliable credit that I have to pay while still being with out a vehicle ! It’s just sucks when people try to take advantage for hard working people save yourself NEVER go to Shannon’s half their reviews are not real they created fake pages and rated them selves 5 stars beware of these people !!

Bought my second car today from these guys and they are great! Flexible and give good deals! My first car was gifted to my brother and is running strong!

Warning! Don't waste your time here. Their selection is poor & the vehicles are in poor shape as well. The office was dirty & unkept. They couldn't keep up their end of the deal then refused to return my 19yr son's $500 hold. I tried talking with Harvey & Dennis the manager. Unprofessional doesn't come close as to how I would describe them. Save your money & go to Truck Town where they know how to treat their customers. Gary Shannon needs to clean house!

Great place to get a good deal. I looked all over for a car trying to get the most car for my money. This place definately has the best deals and they have good clean cars. I bought a Chevy Impala for $2500 less than the other dealers around here. I looked in Puyallup, Seattle and Olympia and ended up coming back to these guys.Great place to buy a car.
