Today was my first visit to shangri la and I was very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. My technician was Chi and she was very meticulous about shaping and polishing my nails and it shows because they turned out fabulous. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely return. Thank you!

I wanted to love this place. I did the first few times. I brought several people with me and recommended them a lot. The last time I came in the man who did my nails (Dustin I believe was his name) told me I didn't want a design when I asked for it and just went on with his plan of only paintings toes. I again asked for a design on my ring fingers and he again told me you don't want a design. I asked if he knew how to do them or if I needed to get someone else. He said no, I can do anything. He didn't do a design on my fingers or my toes. He also clipped the decoration of my sandals when he saw a wire hanging out and I told him to just tuck it in that was holding my shoe design on and he didn't listen. He clipped the cord which caused my sandal decor to fall off. He also took my ankle bracelet, which was my daughters first necklace off my leg and kept it. I called back after paying and leaving to see if they had it and to tell a manager about my experience. I spoke with Jessica who promised to have me see the best nail girl they had (no name given) and that they would not only cover my next visit with a design but would also give me a gift certificate for the next time to make up for the shoes he ruined. I went in today with my daughter and we had a great experience getting our nails done. The problem came when they refused to honor their word of covering my pedicure and nails today as well as the gift certificate for next time. They tried to take the gift certificate out of my hands and yelled at me repeatedly saying that would be stupid to pay for it twice. I explained one was for the disaster of my nails which didn't even stay on from last time and the other was to make up for my brand new shoes they ruined. I asked them to please get Jessica on the phone to verify. They spoke in another language and said that was not true. They refused to honor their word and told me there will not be a next time that I wouldn't be coming back there and to give them back the certificate. They yelled at me as I left the salon with 4 of my children present. I knew I should have made them give me both certificates when I went back to claim my bracelet. I trusted her too much. She wrote down my name and number when I went up there and shook my hand apologizing and promising to take care of me the next two times. Sad. While I was there two other ladies came back in also upset about their nails. They were very rude with them as well. Very unprofessional.
