- Patio & Apartment Homes: Our rental residences include spacious two-bedroom Patio Homes and one-or two-bedroom Apartments, with sunrooms or balconies, fully accessible bathrooms, full kitchens, several dining options, and activities and events to make each day new and exciting.
- The Retreat is a neighborhood of apartments for seniors needing additional assistance - personalized or medical. Apartment living allows independence with the security of needed support at any moment

Shalom Hospice, one of Denver's finest hospice organizations, focuses on personalizing the care of each client.
