Unfortunately, not everyone in this town is honest. In fact, some people are exactly what this person claims-shady. No customer of mine has been back three times for bubbling and peeling, so this leads me to believe that this is one of my competitors leaving a fictitious review. It's sad that they had to resort to spreading lies in order to possibly get some more business for their company. I have personally been tinting for almost 15 years, and did in fact manage the shop that used to rent the building I am now renting. That is what I tell every customer. All of my film, as well as my labor, comes with a lifetime warranty. Which means that if a window peels or bubbles, it will get replaced, no questions asked, as many times as it takes. I am in the business of making long lasting customers, and refusing to replace faulty film on a window is not something I do. All I have to say in regards to this review don’t believe everything you read.
