Excellent Service -- I would give six stars if I could! Came on only two hours notice on a holiday weekend. Pumped our lift station dry, then stayed until the repairs were completed.

A+ Recommendation! I am a new home owner and knew what septics did but very little about how they do it. That changed after working with Russ! When my lift station began to overflow I went to the net not sure of who I would find. That's where I found Russ. I went purely on the fact that he had such positive reviews. I called him late Saturday night, he answered and spent as much time as I needed to guide me through what I needed to do. He was patient and helpful! What I didn't realize is that he was out of town and had a funeral to attend...he focused on my needs the entire time!Russ spent several hours at my home teaching me about my septic & what I needed to do to maintain it. He dug up a covered tank and drained it without any additional charge. He then rewired/updated my pumping system when he could have just used the old stuff but he updated me because it was the right thing to do, no additional charge!I would recommend Russell Peterson to any needing honest septic work!

This guy is IT. He spent so much time with my husband on the phone walking him through what was wrong with our tank over the New Year's Holiday. When we called him back to schedule a pumping he actually told us that we could get it cheaper calling someone else in our area because of the size of our tanks. Was worth paying $100 more to him for his honesty. Would recommend him to ANYONE.

He was great on time and did a wonderful job would recomend him to anyone.

This company is great to work with. Very pleasant people to talk to to. We have had Russ out twice and we think he is honest and trustworthy. We have reccomened him and his company to our neighbors and friends and family.
