EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!! by Jane Doe - 08/24/2009I would never go back to this tailor! First of all, I found the owner to be extremely rude, distant and short. Also, this business is very unethical and I have yet to let the Better Business Bureau know about it. I paid for my tailoring services up front after determining what she needed to do to hem a dress. After one fitting I came back in a week later to pick up the dress and she had tacked on a considerable additional amount in fees that I was never told about. I was very unhappy that I was never contacted about the extra work she was doing and how much extra money I had to pay her for. I felt very cheated and taken advantage of. Also, when I regretfully paid her, she told me that even though she accepts checks from other customers, she would only accept credit from me (clearly because of how upset I was). I hope anyone that reads this never takes their services here! You are much better off trusting your intuition (as I should have) and going somewhere else!
Knowledgable, reliable, versatile by Echo - 04/18/2008I have been using this tailor for 10 years and have found their work to be exceptional. I brought in my ripped up snowmobile canvas cover (that covered my skiis too so the road salt won't corrode my suspension system) to be repaired. Janette did a fabulous job. They are very expensive so I was thrilled.
I have a wiener dog who is entered into the wiener olympics every year. Her racing cape is made here also. They are so impressively creative with what they do.
I am also very petite and have trouble finding clothing that fits me with out having rainbows and butterflies on them. So, when I do find an outfit Janette tailors them to my exact fit. I can't tell you how important that is for me.
I lost one button on a work outfit, Janette went to another craft store and bought all new buttons that she thought might work. She is priceless to me. I will continue to do business here for my dry cleaning as well!! 5 Stars, 2 thumbs up and hats off to you!! A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+
