At Seventy First Animal Hospital, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. If we fail, we use it as an opportunity to grow and certainly want to apologize to the client. With first time visits to our professional groomer, as your niece’s dog was, we ask the owner to find a picture in our grooming book that represents the style they would like their pet to have. Sometimes we do not have the exact picture and now we are asking clients, especially the first time grooms, to bring in a picture. We do not ‘tie down’ pets. We invite you, your niece and any one else to come visit our grooming area. We use the industry standard grooming table with a collar and leash system, similar to what you may see in grooming programs or at dog shows. This prevents the pets from jumping or falling and injuring themselves. Again, we regret that we did not meet your niece’s expectations.
