Great to deal with longdistance by LCHAP - 06/16/2008
We are living in CA and decided to have our 2nd. home in Oro Valley cleaned before we arrived. From a contact in the local HomeDepot we had been recommended ServiceMaster By Nielsen as a well respected and honest company. We contacted them and found they were a pleasure to deal with. They picked up keys for our home at a friends house, did an excellent job and then send the bill. It was all based on trust "over the Phone" - highly Recommended - LC

First of all, Thomas is always punctual. He works on my gallery carpet where hundreds of customers track in grease and dirt and dribble coffee from Starbucks throughout the 1,000 sq. ft area. He works on the stains until they are gone! The job he does is exceptional, and we have recommended him to many of our customers. Try him once and you will never call another carpet cleaner!

Tom Nielsen has been cleaning our carpets and Oriental rugs every year for the past three years. He is highly responsible and does a very thorough and dependable job. He has removed pet stains and recommended ways to keep our carpets in good condition. We trust him implicitly and recommend him with the greatest of confidence.

Mr NIelsen and his crew were timely and thorough. They even were able to remove some "marks" (we have kids!) I thought would never come out. Lastly, their price was competitive if not more affordable than some of the other services out there.

Servicemaster by Nielsen is excellent!

Our carpets had turned brownish and dirty due to a wild 6 year old boy, 2 cats that fuzzed black fur everywhere, a mouse, and a few other reptiles. We had discussed replacing the carpets because they looked hopeless. I friend referred Tom so we gave him a call. I can highly recommend Tom because his company...
- was on time
- protected the walls from scuffs
- has a state of the art equipment
- was friendly
- did a great job

When another local company failed to show up at all, we called ServiceMaster By Nielsen upon recommendation from a neighbor. They showed up on time, gave a very reasonable qoute upfront - then went to work. Excellent job, very professional and courteous. One thing we liked in particular was that we got these fancy plastic boots allowing us to walk anywhere any time while they were cleaning. Doralene
