New Menu/guide Grid by

I was able to navigate the new menu/guide grid in 5 minutes or so - but it is hideous compared to the old method using your hand held device buttons - and why when we pay so much for the service do we now have ads on the bottom of this new smaller grid?Basically, you could do everything from one screen the old way, now you have to keep moving from field to field-not a good improvement, seems like its just change for change not for improvement.

So far it's been a week trying to install my TV service using a cable card in my TiVo and service electric has been entirely incompetent, their field tech has lied about the work he performed and phone support only wants to blame TiVo for the problem. If I had any other options I would have told them to keep their lousy service.
Terrible Service, Intermittent TV Signals by
Service Electric is a misnomer. There is little customer service and the "product" is iffy. The TV sound is inconsistent and we hear every other word, as if there is "lag" in the transmission and not all of the words of the tv show come through. I called several times. When you have a problem, you can make an appointment, but they offer to give you a window of 9am - 5pm and you have to be home ALL day - they can't give you a narrower time frame. Unfortunately there is no other cable televsion in my area, or i would jump ship in a nanosecond. On top of this, the product is much more expensive than Cablevision, which offers better service in the state but is unavailable in the sparta area.

This is the Worst cable service I have ever had in my Life, and I am in 40s. No incentives for new customers, ridiculously high rates, rude customer service and lack of service, overall. They drop channels for no apparent reasons and without letting the customers know. Major brands commercials play for 1 second and then a local business' commercial cuts in on top of it and plays in its entirety -- what a scam! I'm dropping this service -- I'd rather have no 'real' cable channels then buy into this greedy, privately-owned, family business' arrogance and greed.
