There are better places in town where the pizza is great, and the owner is not such an A-HOLE

This man doesn't respect his customers. Obviously never heard of "the customer is always right" I didn't even have an issue with the food. I just had a suggestion and he took it harshly and called me B... and hung up on me.

I know Sergio's has been in business for a while and I don't understand how they stay open. The pizza here was so generic I would have to rate it below Pizza Hut. This is CHICAGO. We deserve better!

You wan the worst pizza in the caller counties you have found it. This place passes out the greasest most disusting pizza I have ever tried. I was opened minded about the place since I had just moved into an area that they can deliver. Please!! I would rather kill myself than eat this crap!!!!
