After reading the great reviews online about Sense of Serenity, I decided to book the $98 special which included a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure. When I attempted to call to make an appointment, no one answered the phone. I knew the business was open from the hours that were posted online. This should have been my first clue to the kind of service which is provided. When an employee did answer the phone I made my appointment for 9:30am, but the receptionist suggested coming in at 9am, so a continuity of services could be provided.On the morning of my appointment, I arrived at 9am promptly; however my esthetician did not enter the building until 9:10 am. When I was called back to the massage room, I waited, undressed, on the massage table for another 15 minutes. The massage was decent. My facial was rather quick and I spent most of the time under the steam. My nails were the breaking point. I had to wait for the staff members to finish with a walk-in client’s manicure and
