Deciding to get the tuxes and invitations for my wedding at Seno's was the worst decision I have made while wedding planning and has single-handedly been the worst place to deal with and has caused me the most stress. They lead you to believe you're getting a great deal but the prices are so marked up, even after your "discount" it's the most expensive place to buy tuxes in Terre Haute. If anyone from Seno's tells you they will price match at a bridal show, get it in writing, otherwise they will not honor their word. As for their invitations, if you don't read the fine print, know that they are not free and you will pay for them and tax on them upfront and hope to get a rebate check in the mail after your wedding. They sold me an invitation as it was displayed in the book...and 3 weeks later told me it was actually going to be an additional $300+ for a pocket and string that I told was going to be included in the price I already paid. Also meaning my invitations haven't been ordered yet and I have to wait another 3-6 weeks for them to come in. It is now close enough to my wedding I can't go anywhere else for my invitations otherwise I would cancel my order for them and the tuxes and go anywhere else.

Horrible experience. When my son picked up his prom tux the vest was the wrong size, a medium where he had been measured for a small (a small was originally ordered.) He was told to come back the next day, prom day, to pick up the right size vest. Later that night he received a call that a small vest was not available. We made a second, special trip to the store to pickup the wrong size vest. The store "manager" was polite but no help. When I complained she said they best they could do was a small black vest which would not match the dates' dress. It gets worse. When my son got dressed that day for prom the jacket was at least one size too big and the sleeves were never altered to the correct length (they were too long.) My son has an off the rack suit that fits him better. I get lots of apologies and excuses from the store staff but no satisfaction. In fact, the store "manager" suggested it was my son's fault for not knowing that the jacket was too big and the sleeves too long.
