From the outside, it doesn't look like that high quality of a consigment shop, but I'm and 18 year old college student on a budget with a demanding style. I always find something that I like and I've never been cheated out of any money. Everything's fair priced and worth it. I don't go to any other shops besides this one (:

I brought clothes in for consignment. Never heard anything from the business and when I called to find out what was going on they said they tried contacting me and I never called back so what I brought in was gone outside of a few items they kept. The problem I had is they never called and I checked my cell records to see if I had somehow missed the call even though if they did call you would think they would have left a voicemail but I got nothing. I offered my cell phone records since they gave me an exact date they said they called even though the business wasn't open on that day since it was a Sunday. Clothes are gone and nothing to prove what they kept and what they didn't but if a business can make up a story about a phone call never placed and not try and remedy the situation since I never got a response back after offering proof a phone call was never placed to me how can you trust anything about that business. I didn't even so much as get an apology for the error on their part.
