I have been using Seda's Printing for a variety of school and professional project for multiple years and their quality of service is always far beyond my expectations. They truly care about their job and the image their clients portrays. Never had an issue with their turnaround time. They have always helped me on tight deadline and have even delivered way ahead of time. How can I complain against that? Great staff and the parking structure is easy to navigate. We all know how hectic parking could be in the Hollywood area. I will continue to use Seda's Printing for all upcoming projects.

I should have just made an initial down payment for a large print of $25 instead of paying $54 in full. Soledad told me that this would take a couple days which I was not happy about (later to say it would be available at 10 am the next day according to her dispute statement, liar) So the same night I asked for a few changes via email. When I came in the next day at 10am as I had no response the night before, she told me it had already been printed and I had to take what was printed without the revisions. I asked for a refund. She would not even refund me the $25 that would have been the difference if I had just made an initial deposit instead of paying in full. Her proof confirmation was a joke. Black and white on a 8x11 piece of paper for a 24x36 print.



I made a claim with my bank. This printing company will fight tooth and nail to keep their money even though Soledad said at first "it's not about the money". You should focus that devotion on your customers not in fighting refunds.



If you want a pleasant printing experience with fair and reasonable customer service then DO NOT COME HERE!!! YOU CAN KEEP YOUR $50! Go to USA printing in west Hollywood. They will do it for half the price and send you an email proof should you need revisions. No hassle

Seda's staff is professional an courteous. My businesscards were done in 2 days! Highly recommended!
