I have been living in my home for almost eight years; Mark Rampike the owner bought this property from the bank two years ago. Although our relationship started off great, after Mark purchased this house he did repaint the house and pulled up the carpet. It was needed, I have been living here for five years. But he acts like he did me a favor and I should forever be in his debt for taking care of his property. But that's all he has done, while renting this home I have done so much of my repairs. I replaced the sliding garage door and paid for repairs. I have come out of $1000 easily doing repairs while the bank had it. I also worked with energy assistance, and this house received a new furnace, hot water tank, central air serviced and fixed, all because of my children's asthma and my income not the owner's or the property management company.(look at the thanks I get), very ungrateful & unappreciative all of this work was done in October 2014.

I have purchased about 10 different pieces in the past 10 years+ from Marcia's including the previous location in the West Allis area. I have bought a bed, table, file cabinet, dressers, couch/chair set, and lamps etc. I have always enjoyed just coming in to browse. I always go to Marcia's, first, when I am in need of a piece of furniture. I am going there today and I appreciate the customer consideration from the business. I always get compliments from friends and family on the pieces that I purchase.

Love it. When I moved into my first college apartment I didn't have any closet space so I needed a dresser. I found a high quality dresser for 50 bucks that was easy to transport and works great.The staff was friendly and the inside of the store looks very professional. The staff actually moved the dresser into my van without asking. If I had the space and the money I definitely would go back and buy more furniture. but alas such is the life of a broke college student.Either way, great deals and better steals. :)
