Just spoke with Megan on North Pearl location. This girl first off had the most irritatating whiny voice ever. She expected me to already know what 200, 500, etc meant. When I asked for her to explain she was quite rude like I was interferring on her free time. I will be calling the corporate offices on her.

Keep your credit card in your wallet. These people are very good at extorting money from their customers. They hide behind a very one sided agreement. Do yourself a favor and do not be upsold to enter a membership. It will cost you much more in the long run.
