Terrible place to stay. No towels. No TP. Half bottle of shampoo. Filthy place. Bugs. Mirrors you can write on they are so grimy. Wore our flip flops in the shower. Staff was terribly rude to me and my family. I only wish I could post the disgusting pics I took while there to show you.

We visited fort smith recently and we stayed in hotel seasons inn for one night .As soon as we entered we saw a beautiful atrium with a fountain.My kids they enjoyed the heated indoor pool and me and my husband enjoyed the hot tub.The room was nice and clean .Looks likes they they just remodel the room with furniture.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel room ever! First room we had was not vacuumed, blinds were broken so people could see in your window. Bathroom wasn't cleaned and coffee pot was filthy. After denying a refund, they gave us a second room instead. Sheets had hair all in them, furniture was filthy. Still wouldn't give a refund and put is in a 3rd room. No towels In bathroom, broken locks on doors, dried over blood on nightstand, floor not vacuumed, pillows flat and cheap, bed hard as a rock and sheets made us itch. Just horrible. The pool area "looked" decent but we didn't trust it. We were denied any sort of a refund, not even one cent, and the room was $66.after tax. What a ripoff! This room might suit you of you are a drug addict looking to get a high or a piece of trash trying to make a quick buck. Awful service, awful employees, awful hotel! Period!!! One night in the penitentiary would have been better than this place! True story!
