I made an appt at the Bismarck Sears Auto. I was assured they had time to work on it. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and was given an appointment in a 1/2 hr. When I got there I was told it would be a couple hours before they could work on it. I was given a quote on costs for the oil change and tire rotation. Hours later they called and said they quoted the oil filter wrong. The correct oil filter cost an ADDITIONAL $40. Quite an oil filter I guess. I had already waiting 2 hours that I wasn’t expecting when I made the appointment. Then they explained that they could not rotate my tires because my truck was too big (Ford F-250). I ended up paying more, taking longer, and getting ripped off for an additional $40 beyond the quote. Within an hour from when I left the shop I got a warning message on the dashboard diagnostics that I needed to add DEF fluid to my truck. They also didn’t check and top off any of the normal fluids. Quick money over satisfied customers.
