lousy phone service

I tried to get info about the product I purchased and it took about 20 minutes to speak to a live person. This was after repeated dialings and going through brainless automoted voices. When I got to a live person, they said it was not their department and transferred me again to what was the right place. The result was no call transferred and just left on hold. After a few more minutes, I hung up again and called the store. This time I had to wait through numerous rings until I got a busy signal. I called again and tried the press zero option and got numerous rings until the busy signal again. Next time I called, I asked for "speak with a manager" option and got someone who answered my question in about one minute. Why does it take a half hour to find someone who was able to answer my question in one minute. This is why business is failing; the lack of quality service.

The 602-395-2980 number that is given goes busy everytime you dial it. I tried about ten times throughout the day and consistently got a busy signal. No service!!!!!!!
