Apparently they got a new manager that is running the store....(According to the sign outside the store) They need to run this store a little better with a nicer manager. Went in the store and was not greeted. Asked for help but everyone was busy outside in the back room. I couldn't buy anything... Had to leave...
Don't buy from this store - it's not Sears!

I purchased a snow thrower from this store. When I got it home I determined it was defective. I tried to return it 10 days later, still unused, new condition. Actually I was going to purchase the next higher price model. I was told I could not return it because the manager was not there and the sales person could not do returns or exchanges. I asked him to call the manager and he said I'm not allowed to call him on Sunday. The receipt says Sears, the return policy says refunds within 90 days. I called the local Sears store about returning it, they said the independent stores are on a different system but they would be glad to exchange it for the other model. Needless to say I will not shop at this store again!
