My wife just went in there to ask a question about bad sewer gas smell inour house and about activated carbon refill packs for our sewer / plumbing vent filters. We have been discussing this problem for a couple of weeks she knows exactly what she was talking about. They handed her a filter for a faucet and told her that bad sewer gas smell means something is wrong. No kidding really. You treated her like she was stupid. Unacceptable. I will call and complain then stop in the store the next time I'm in town. You better figure out how to treat a customer. Jerks.
