Provided by YP.comFirst, if you hope to find someone who arrives "on time" - give up on these guys. They literally provide 9 hour windows if you want to use their service. Next, their customer service and management is absolutely awful. They're worst than waiting for a cable guy - because their customer service folks (aka their manager) is quite possibly the rudest person I've ever had to speak to about business
This customer wanted us to schedule her service before others who signed up before her. We gave her three dates when we could perform the service and she refused all three. We operate on a first come first served basis. It is not fair to leap frog some customers before others. If we can add your service in the schedule without bumping another paying customer then we will otherwise you must wait your turn like everyone else. This is only fair. Sorry that this potential customer couldn't see it that way. After 27 years in this industry, we have a 99% customer satisfaction rating. And we strive for 100% but some just can't be satisfied no matter what you do. That is the honest truth. Unfortunately, the 1% who are not pleased are the ones who make the most noise...go figure.
