The Schroeder family has owned small businesses since 1972 and started its first Valley cleaning business in 1989. Don Schroeder branched out into the concrete coating business in 1995, as he saw an opportunity to serve and grow in this area. Thus Schroeder's Custom Coating, Inc. was born. Other family members, including his youngest son, Jason, as well as a brother and a nephew, have joined him over the years.

Schroeder's Custom Coating, Inc. provides a wide variety of services, including concrete coatings and the cleaning and sealing of numerous types of products such as grout and stone. Approximately 60% of the company's business is residential, with the balance being commercial.

Schroeder's Custom Coatings has recently completed coating the new Commemorative Air Force Museum hanger at Falcon Airfield in Mesa. The New hanger is approximately 30,000 square feet. Take a few minutes and visit the new aircraft museum.

The company's client list includes over 70 custom homebuilders. Schroeder's growth plans include expanding in all areas.
