School of Rock Burnsville teaches guitar, bass, vocals, keyboards, drums and combines weekly private music lessons and group band rehearsals to prepare students to take the stage in front of live audiences in an authentic concert setting.

Open since October 2010, Burnsville School of Rock students have played concerts at Bogarts in Apple Valley and PrimeTime in Burnsville.

Burnsville students are eligible to audition for the Road Crew, the Twin Cities' School of Rock Show Band. The Road Crew plays throughout the Twin Cities several times a month, including opening for acts such as Soul Asylum, and America's #1 KISS cover band, Strutter, performing at community events such as Leprachaun Days in Rosemount, Burnsville Music in the Park, Elk River Music in the Park, holiday celebrations parties such a Universal's Family New Years Eve Party at Mall of America and Buck Hill's Halloween Party, Frightmares at Buck Hill and fundraising events such as Walk-a-thon for Suicide Prevention and East Ridge Cheerleader Fund Raiser.
