I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter has been bullied by a bus driver, to the point I am driving her to school now. I have given up trying to get the school to intervene. If you call to talk to someone the only response you get is a winded speech that takes up 20 minutes or more of your day and if you are lucky to get a word in they just repeat the speech. I've had less stressful conversations with tech support from India.

These buses have no right being on the road! I now drive my child to school cuz of these people!Dont ever send your child on the busses the kill kids spirits.

My child rides a bus to and from axtell middle school that for the past year and a half has had kids sitting/standing in the aisle from lack of seating. They also have had numerous complaints of bullying and candy being thrown in girl's hair and other objects being thrown around. The one time they actually did something about it (kicked some problem kids off the bus) they were supposed to be gone for two weeks, but instead were allowed back on after a couple of days and right back to the crap. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because they haven't managed to kill my kid yet. Figure out how to do your jobs well guys..... For our kids sake please.

I give this company five stars because they have real good bus drivers.
